Stuart Strasfeld of counsel

Stuart A. Strasfeld practices in the areas of general corporate law and commercial real estate law — focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business planning and real estate transactions. He also has extensive experience in construction, law representing contractors, subcontractors and developers. He complements this legal experience with an understanding of business operations and markets, and has organized both for-profit and not-for-profit ventures.

Atty. Strasfeld currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of VEC, Inc.; Panelmatic; Inc.; Home Care Network, Inc.; D & D Sweeney Auto Group, Inc.; and Warren Fabricating Corp.

Stuart joined the firm in 1977 after graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He married his college sweetheart in 1975. Stuart and Jan have three children: David, Cindy and Lizzie. Jan Strasfeld is the Executive Director of the Youngstown Foundation, the oldest and largest community foundation in the area. David Strasfeld, Ph.D. is the Senior Scientist at Lumicell Diagnotics. Cindy Franke is Deputy Director of Artspace Utah, which creates affordable housing and work space for artists, cultural organizations and non-profits. Liz Strasfeld is an occupational therapist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
