Scott R. DeBonis is a partner with Roth-Blair. He began his legal career with the firm on July 1, 1996.  Scott practices in the firm’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section. His areas of expertise include wealth transfer planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, asset protection, wills and trusts, elder law, premarital agreements, and estate and trust litigation.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the study of Aviation from the Ohio State University. He earned the degree of Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Petite College of Law. Scott is a native of the greater Youngstown area where he continues to reside.
