Robert T. Buch

Attorney Buch concentrates his practice in the area of commercial / business and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law in Dayton, Ohio in the areas of business and civil litigation where he represented both individuals and companies in various legal matters. Robert also served as the City of Piqua Assistant Prosecutor while practicing in the Dayton area.

Robert received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. While in law school, he was employed by Wright Brothers Institute as an Invention Disclosure and Patent Intern. Here he focused on matters of technology transfer and facilitating the business relationship between the Wright Patterson Air Force Base and local businesses / corporations. Robert also served as President of the Intellectual Property Association for two years and served as class Vice President. Robert is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and admitted to practice before both the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio.

Robert graduated from Malone University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While an undergraduate, he was the recipient of the Sigma Zeta research award and was published, as lead author, with the Sigma Zeta National Science and Mathematics Honor Society.

After spending six years in the Dayton area, he and his wife, Amanda, and their son, Albert, are excited to once again be residents of the Mahoning Valley.
