Attorney Bishara joined the firm in 1996 to focus his practice on multiple areas of business law, including real estate law; construction law; mergers and acquisitions; banking law; corporate and partnership law; commercial litigation; and creditors’ rights. Joe received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1996 and served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review. In 1993, he graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.

Joe is Co-Chairperson of the Memorial Committee of the Mahoning County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Collier County (Naples, Florida) Bar Association. Joe is Chairperson of the Antonine Sisters Advisory Board, which provides guidance for the Sisters’ operation of Antonine Village and Adult Day Care Center in North Jackson, Ohio. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Mill Creek Children’s Center as Board President, and as a member and Board Counsel for the Home Builders-Remodelers Association of the Mahoning Valley. Joe and his family are parishioners of St. Maron’s Maronite Catholic Church in Austintown, where Joe previously served as Parish Council President.
