John A. McNally, III handles a broad variety of legal areas, such as Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), wealth transfers (including estates, guardianships and trusts), and personal injury and wrongful death matters (automobile, medical negligence and products liability). Additionally, he handles a large volume of pro bono work.
Attorney McNally belongs to a number of professional associations, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Crime Victim Bar Association. He has served on many boards, including the Trumbull County Children Services Board, the Catholic Service League, Northeast Ohio Legal Services, Ursuline High School, St. Edward Parish, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Youngstown Country Club.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University (B.S.F.S. ’67). He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law School (J.D. ’71), and graduated from Cornell University Graduate School with his Master of Arts (M.A. ’70).
He and his wife have four children and nine grandchildren. Attorney and Mrs. McNally are seasoned travelers and formerly maintained homes in Oughterrard, County Galway, Republic of Ireland; and Breckenridge, Colorado.
He is admitted to practice before the following courts:
