John A. McNally, IV handles a variety of legal issues involving labor and employment law, criminal matters, domestic relations, estate and probate, municipal law, government affairs and administrative law.
Atty. McNally served as a Mahoning County Commissioner from January 3, 2005 to January 2, 2012 and served as Mayor of the City of Youngstown from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2017. Prior to serving as County Commissioner, Atty. McNally served as Law Director for the City of Youngstown.
Atty. McNally received his bachelor’s degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University (B.S.F.S. ’91). He received his law degree and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and the Cleveland State University Levin College of Urban Affairs (J.D./M.P.A, ’96).
Atty. McNally, his wife Virginia and their daughters Cara and Casey reside in Youngstown. Atty. McNally is licensed to practice before the following courts:
