Dominic joined the firm as an attorney in 2023 and concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and estate planning. His business law practice consists of handling mergers and acquisitions, structuring the formation of a business, drafting contracts, commercial litigation, and banking. His estate planning practice consists of preparing clients’ estate documents, discussing probate avoidance and the legal minimization of income and estate taxes, and the administration of estates through county probate courts.

For his undergraduate studies, Dominic attended Youngstown State University. While at YSU, he was a 4-year member of the varsity NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Team. He graduated summa cum laude in 2018 from the Williamson College of Business Administration with a degree in Business Economics and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma (for the top 10% of all business students). Additionally, he earned a Master’s in Financial Economics and Statistical Analysis from YSU in 2019 before deciding to attend law school. He graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2022, where he was a member of the Federalist Society and the recipient of the Cali Award (best in class) in Legal Negotiations.

Dominic was born and raised in Canfield, Ohio, where he currently resides. He spends his spare time with his friends and family, playing golf, and volunteering at youth golf clinics in the surrounding area. He mentors younger golfers of all skill sets – those aiming to play golf competitively at the high school or collegiate level, as well as those who simply want to improve their game.
