Scott R. DeBonis

Scott joined the firm in 1996 to concentrate his practice in the areas of Tax and Estate Planning, Business Planning and Probate. Prior to joining the firm, Scott practiced personal injury law in Warren, Ohio.
Scott attended the Ohio Northern University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 1995. While at Ohio Northern, Scott was an associate editor of the Ohio Northern University Law Review where his comment, The Fetal Maternal Conflict: Resolution Based Upon Constitutional Grounds received publication. While in law school, Scott clerked with a prominent Insurance Defense firm in Lima, Ohio and interned with the Allen County Legal Aid Society. He was also a Barrister Scholarship recipient, and a member of the Willis Honors Society. Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation from the Ohio State University in 1991.
A native of the Youngstown area, Scott was raised and educated in Hubbard and now resides in Canfield with his wife, Kimberly. Scott is a member of the Ohio State Bar, Mahoning County Bar Association, the Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council, and the Planned Giving Committee for the Eastern Ohio Region of the American Cancer Society.
