Joe joined the firm in 1996 to concentrate his practice in various areas of business law, including real estate law; construction law; mergers and acquisitions; banking law; corporate and partnership law; commercial litigation; and creditors' rights. Joe received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1996 and served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review. In 1993, he graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
Joe is Co-Chairperson of the Memorial Committee of the Mahoning County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Collier County (Naples, Florida) Bar Association; and a member and Board Counsel for the Home Builders-Remodelers Association of the Mahoning Valley. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Millcreek Children's Center as Board President. Joe and his family are parishioners of St. Maron's Maronite Catholic Church in Austintown, where Joe previously served as Parish Council President.
