Lou joined the firm in 2014 to concentrate his practice in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and commercial litigation. Prior to joining, Lou practiced in firms in Cleveland and Pittsburgh. He is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Lou was born and raised in Canfield, Ohio, and is a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School. He graduated in 2000 from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In 2003, Lou earned dual degrees, Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and Cleveland State University Graduate College of Business Administration.
Lou is a current member of the Advisory Board for The Rich Center for Autism Treatment, Education & Research in Youngstown. He is also a member of the Mahoning County, Allegheny County and Ohio State Bar Associations, as well as the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals Club.
Lou, together with his wife, Marie and their daughter, Sadie currently reside in Canfield and are parishioners of the St. Maron Parish in Youngstown.
